Optical active alignment

The camera module is one of the basic components of smart phones, laptops, tablets, cars, drones, sports cameras and other products. The imaging quality of the camera module will determine the imaging effect of the product.

With the development of camera module towards high pixel and multi-function, its production is becoming more and more difficult, the focal depth of the module is becoming smaller and smaller, and conventional equipment is difficult to meet its technical requirements. Manufacturers in the industry have increasingly high requirements for their manufacturing equipment, hoping that their manufacturing equipment will have higher productivity and stability.

The optical active alignment equipment (also known as AA equipment) is mainly based on the 6-DOF XYZ three-axis translation and αβγ The adjustment of three-axis rotation compensates the tilt and offset of optical axis to achieve the best image quality.

The AA equipment independently developed by AIT has high precision alignment accuracy: position ± 1um, angle ± 0.003 °;

High efficiency output: UPH up to 1050 pcs/h (four station AA equipment)
